Invoice dispatch, people and bank live in the same Windows app as everything else. No extra program, no detour through a browser.
eBill from both sides
Deliver invoices as eBill and see the status per invoice, work on incoming supplier invoices in accounts payable, decide waiting cases. Your customers' sign-ups and cancellations are assigned straight from the work list.
People, absences, personnel dossier
Maintain departments, locations and line managers, approve absences, run the shift plan and the team calendar, set up the calendar subscription. The personnel dossier with the specially protected health category is maintained here.
Payments and bank statement
Assemble the payment run, have it approved by a second person and, once you are enrolled with your bank, send it directly. The statement comes back, reconciles the open items, and anything conspicuous is listed separately.
This is also where you set your document template: head position, brand colour, line density and footer per language, with a preview of the finished sheet. Output is in PDF/A-2b archive grade, so the document is still readable in ten years.

Touch till with a daily close
Sell on a touch device or with keyboard and scanner, in cash with five-centime rounding, by card, with TWINT, with a voucher or on account. The daily close attests the receipt chain of each till and posts the turnover into accounting as one collective booking, instead of leaving it to be typed in at night.
Archive
File documents and find them again
Scanned paper documents are read by the Windows text recognition right on the device, without a cloud and without an extra subscription. After that you find the document by a search word across the whole archive. The retention workspace shows deadlines, holds and what is due for destruction.
Service
Orders, contracts and the technician’s day
Service tickets, orders, appointments and maintenance contracts live in the same app as the invoice that comes out of them. For a technician’s day ewws works out the order of the assignments and flags, with the reason, the appointments whose time window does not add up.
Operation
With your text size and your assistive tool
The surfaces grow with the Windows text size instead of cutting text off. Icon buttons carry a name so a screen reader can announce them, and the colours are checked for contrast in light and dark. Messages appear as a band inside the workspace rather than as a dialog that interrupts the work.
How you get started
Three steps from download to workplace.
The Windows app is free to download and needs no registration. What it needs is your server.
Step 1
Download and install the package
You download the signed package from the download area and install it with the enclosed script. The checksum is published in the download area so you can compare what you received.
Step 2
Connect to your server
On first launch you enter the address of your server and your login. The app talks to your server and nothing else, over an encrypted connection. Switching company files resets the workspace cleanly, nothing of the previous file is left standing.
Step 3
Work and stay current
From here you work with the keyboard, fast tables and touch where it fits. New releases arrive as a new package in the download area, with version and checksum; when you install is your decision.
