Which data is processed on the website
Contact form
For a contact inquiry, the website processes name, company, e-mail address, phone number, subject/usage scope and message. In addition, the timestamp and language of the inquiry are stored. The technical sender IP is not persisted by default; it can at most appear in time-limited server logs for security and error analysis.
Download and release provision
During the download, no end-customer ERP business data is processed. The download area serves the provision of installers and release artifacts. License, activation, database setup and productive use stay a separate process.
Further communication
When a concrete sales or license case arises from an inquiry, the information leaves the website and is transferred into the respective matching communication process.

Technical processing and infrastructure
Server and access logs
When the website is accessed, technical access data such as IP address, time, the URL accessed, referrer and details on browser and operating system can arise in server logs. This data serves secure operation, error analysis and technical traceability.
External fonts
The website embeds all fonts (Inter, Fraunces and a monospace font) locally. No retrieval of third-party font services such as Google Fonts takes place on page load, and no IP addresses are transmitted to third parties.
Storage of contact inquiries
Contact inquiries are stored server-side so that they can be reviewed professionally and organizationally. They are not published as an open comment area and not mixed with download processes.
No user account
On this website there is no registration, no login and no customer area. Therefore no user accounts, tenant data or ERP working data are kept in the browser.
