Three processes you handle on the Mac.
Invoice dispatch, people and bank live in the same Mac app as everything else. No extra program, no detour through a browser.
eBill from both sides
Deliver invoices as eBill and see the status per invoice, work on incoming supplier invoices in accounts payable. Your customers' sign-ups and cancellations stand ready as a work list and are assigned to the customer right there.
People, absences, shift plan
Maintain departments, locations and line managers, approve absences, set the weekly plan from templates and publish it, read the team calendar and set up the calendar subscription for your staff.
Payments and bank statement
Assemble the payment run, have it approved by a second person and, once you are enrolled with your bank, send it directly. The statement comes back and reconciles the open items; whatever stays open is listed for clarification.
This is also where you set your document template: head position, brand colour, line density and footer per language, with the finished sheet beside it, redrawn with every change.

QR-bill, ISO 20022, salary reporting and GeBüV are built in, not bought later as an add-on module. The operations cockpit shows per-tenant readiness as a traffic-light board with the amount at risk in CHF and fixes findings such as due dunning runs or open periods with a single prefilled click.

Deadlines
Retention, holds and destruction in one place
For the archive and for the personnel file, the Mac shows what is under a deadline, what is held and what is due for destruction. Before you decide, you look at the candidate with the system preview without opening it. Destruction is requested here, and as delivered a second person has to approve it.
Foreign currency
Balance list, account statement and the reconciliation bridge
Anyone invoicing in euros or dollars sees the holding in account currency and in francs side by side. The reconciliation bridge works from the book balance through the currency base to the open valuation and states the residual instead of hiding it. The closing-date valuation posts provisionally and reverses the next day.
Dispatching
Technicians and days as a board
The dispatch board puts technicians in columns and their days below. You move an assignment by dragging it, and a sheet beside it reschedules the appointment. For a single day ewws calculates a sensible order of the assignments and flags assignments whose time window does not fit, with the reason.
Evidence
The audit evidence as a PDF, straight from the app
Posting chain, document numbers, till chains, value added tax, retention and closing status stand ready as one sheet. You choose the period, read the result and save it as a PDF in archive grade, without a detour through a console.
How you get started
Three steps from download to working.
The Mac app is free to download and needs no registration. What it needs is your server.
Step 1
Download and open
You download the image from the download area and drag the app into your applications folder. It is signed with our developer identity and notarised by Apple, so it starts without a warning.
Step 2
Connect to your server
On first launch you enter the address of your server and your login. Session and token then live in the macOS keychain, not in a file. The client talks to your server and to nothing else.
Step 3
Work and stay current
From here you work with the menu bar, keyboard shortcuts and several windows. The app announces a new release itself, with version, changes and checksum; when you install it is your decision.
