eBill from the customer view

Request an absence, look at your own shift plan and the team calendar, and decide your people's holiday requests in the approval inbox. The calendar subscription is set up at the desk.
What has to be paid starts on the road
Capture a supplier invoice with the camera, submit expenses: what has to be paid is in the system before you are back. The payment run and its approval stay at the desk, where they belong.

A technician’s day is not made of a screen but of drives, cellars and building sites. That is exactly where the signal is poor and both hands are busy. The app is built for that day, not for the desk.
Day route
The order is set before the day starts
ewws works out an order across the assignments of the day and shows it on the map. Assignments whose time window does not add up are flagged, and anything that cannot be routed appears with a reason instead of quietly disappearing. You start the navigation from inside the app.
Without a signal
Capture where there is no reception
You capture time and material without a connection too. What you record waits in an outbox and goes off as soon as the signal is back. Every entry carries an identifier of its own, so a second attempt does not book twice but returns the same transaction.
Report
Signature and photo right on the order
The customer signs with a finger or with the pencil on the device. Photos and attachments hang on the service report, not in a message. That way the evidence of the work sits where the invoice will later be made.
Material
What gets fitted comes off the stock
You record material on the order, with quantity and warehouse. Once approved, it leaves stock as a goods issue and charges the cost. Warranty and contract material leaves the warehouse the same way, without being charged to the customer.

The app is free. It is not a trial and not an account with us; it is the door to your own server.
Step 1
Download the app
You download ewws from the App Store. There is no registration with us, no advertising identifier and no analytics service in the background.
Step 2
Connect to your server
You enter the address of your server and your login, secured with Face ID. The credentials then live in the device keychain and are bound to this iPhone or iPad.
Step 3
Work, with the same rights
What you may do on the Mac you may do on iPhone and iPad; what you may not do there, you may not do here. Roles come from the server. Payment approvals additionally require biometric confirmation.
