The only ERP that runs natively on every system.

One Swiss server, three native clients. Mac and iPhone in Swift, Windows native in WinUI 3. The server runs wherever you want: macOS, Windows or Linux. Real apps instead of a browser shell, all on one data foundation. You will not find this anywhere else.

Native on every system

Three native clients. Two stacks. One architecture.

Mac and iPhone in Swift and SwiftUI, Windows native in WinUI 3 and C# on .NET. All truly native, all on the same data foundation as the Swiss server, which runs on macOS, Windows or Linux. No browser, no Java bridge.

Apple: Mac and iPhone in Swift.

macOS and iOS app native in Swift and SwiftUI, following the Apple Human Interface Guidelines, on Apple Silicon. Mac and iPhone/iPad share a common Swift package with domain and application logic.

Windows native in WinUI 3 and C#.

Windows runs natively in WinUI 3 (C# / .NET 10), for Windows 11 and higher. Full functional scope – the same server and the same data foundation as the Mac and iPhone app, with 100% navigation parity with the Mac. As an MSIX package, delivery on request.

Quick start

Productive in under 10 minutes.

Three steps from download to first sign-in. No terminal command, no contract paperwork, no consulting appointment required.

1. Download the DMG

The DMG contains the ewws Mac app and the ewws Setup app. Drag both to /Applications and you are done.

2. Start the Setup app

Enter the database connection, tenant schema and initial administrator in a single form. Setup migrates the database automatically.

3. Open ewws.app

Sign in with the administrator account from step 2. You work with your real data from the very first second.

Fewer master-data islands, fewer workaround lists, a clearer basis for management.

Swiss SMEs often lose time not in day-to-day work, but at the transitions between modules, in master data maintained twice, and in workaround lists that nobody can really be accountable for. ewws is aimed at companies that want to remove these transitions rather than manage them.

Maintain data only once

Modular toolkits often lead to every module building its own customer database. In ewws a customer, an article, an account is a single entity that is the same in the quote, the stock issue, the invoice and the accounting. Master data is maintained once and becomes visible everywhere. Swiss postal-code validation, VAT rates per country and QR banking data are built in.

Module transitions without detours

When quote, order and invoice are connected in ewws and payment flows back via ISO 20022, the CSV export between sales and accounting disappears. Supplier invoices, the payroll run and the VAT reconciliation also talk directly to the accounts. A manual bridge per module transition adds up to half a position per client, which ewws wins back.

Licensing and growth without bingo

Four editions, one platform, four clear price points between CHF 39 and CHF 349 per month. Edition changes without data loss, updates within the edition included, native apps for Mac, Windows and iPhone in every edition, no per-box module add-ons. The Swiss standard scope – Swissdec ELM 6.0, Swissdec KLE 2.0, ISO 20022, QR-bill, GeBüV, VAT ESTV, eBill and nDSG – is included in every edition, not as a surcharge.

Migration

Migration from existing ERP systems

ewws is designed for companies that want to replace grown ERP systems, workaround lists and isolated solutions in an orderly way. Data, roles, processes and the productive rollout are taken over step by step, instead of being improvised in live operation.

Take over data

Master data, articles, customers, suppliers and open transactions are prepared in a structured way and transferred into a clean data foundation.

Reorder processes

Sales, inventory, projects and finance are brought together on a shared data foundation. This creates clarity instead of parallel worlds.

Guide the rollout in a controlled way

Migration, activation, roles and the productive start follow in clear steps. This keeps the switch manageable, both professionally and organizationally.

Sales and e-commerce

From lead to paid online order in one data foundation.

Swiss SMEs sell through several channels in parallel today: phone, counter, field sales and web shop. In ewws, the CRM pipeline, POS register and e-commerce connection share the same master data, the same stock and the same accounts. What sells in the shop is gone at the counter. What the salesperson wins in the pipeline is known to accounting in the same second.

CRM pipeline native on Mac

Lead, opportunity, quote and order run in a draggable SwiftUI table. Stages are moved by drag and drop, tasks hang on the contact, every stage is connected to the later document. Nothing loses its reference when moving from sales to accounting.

E-commerce connection

An open data link to Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and to your own Swiss shop platforms via JSON or XML. Articles, prices and stock flow in real time between web shop and warehouse. Online orders land as ewws orders with address, payment information and shipping route in the back office.

POS register with iPhone counterpart

Table and counter register on the Mac app, mobile register on the iOS app for service, market and outdoor areas. Daily takings in line with Swiss cash-register practice, ZSDA-compliant card readers, several VAT rates per receipt, QR-bill and eBill from the same form, without an add-on module.

How ewws works day to day

It is not individual modules that sell the benefit, but connected business processes.

The demo data shows real work paths: from contact to invoice, from article to stock, from project to billing, and from invoice to payment.

Sales

Lead, opportunity, quote, order, invoice

The first customer contact stays connected to the later order and the invoice. Sales and finance therefore work on the same business case.

Inventory

Article, stock, sales and purchasing

Articles are kept once and are available to inventory, sales, purchasing and reporting together. This means less reconciliation and more clarity.

Project

Project, phase, time and billable work

Project work is not only recorded but can be managed commercially. Phases, times, budget and customer stay together.

Finance

Invoice, open item, payment and dunning

An invoice does not end at the PDF. ewws carries it on into accounting, open items, payment status and dunning.

Four ways into ewws

Four pages, four clear perspectives on the product.

Each page answers a specific question. Choose what you want to clarify today.

Data sovereignty and independence

Your data stays on your hardware. No ifs or buts.

With most cloud ERPs, accounting, salaries and customer data leave the house the moment someone signs in. ewws turns this around: server and database run where you decide, and nobody else has access. For fiduciaries, lawyers and doctors this is not a convenience but professional confidentiality.

No forced cloud

Self-hosted on your machine, your own Swiss cloud or your own account at AWS, Azure or Hetzner. You choose the operation, we only deliver the software. No hidden copies, no foreign infrastructure reading along.

AI computes at your site

Where other ERPs send your documents to a cloud provider for analysis, the AI in ewws computes on your own hardware. No data outflow to third parties, not even for the intelligent functions. Professional confidentiality is preserved.

The data belongs to you

PostgreSQL, REST and open formats: your data lives in a standard database that you can export, back up and take with you at any time. No proprietary format, no vendor lock-in, no ransom for your own figures.

Swiss standards at the core

Eight mandatory standards built in, not bought as eight modules.

What is mandatory in Switzerland is part of the core of every ewws edition, at no surcharge and without later installation. Others sell the same standards as individual modules or as a yearly add-on.

Payroll and insurance

Payroll via Swissdec ELM 6.0, accident and illness claims (UVG, UVGZ and KTG) via Swissdec KLE 2.0. Reporting to compensation funds and insurers in the Swissdec process, without a side calculation in Excel.

Payment and invoice

QR-bill, ISO 20022 pain.001 for payment runs, camt for the bank statement, eBill sending and receiving in the SIX network. Money flows without a media break.

Books and compliance

GeBüV document archive with a hash chain, VAT reconciliation against the ESTV forms 220 and 221, FADP-compliant data storage. The audit finds what it needs, without preparation.

ewws 2026, AI with proof

AI has to pay off, otherwise it does not belong in the ERP.

In ewws, every AI recommendation is calculated against the deterministic reference line. Each quarter you see in CHF how much less capital was tied up and how often your operators followed the AI. No gut feeling, no opaque model, but an honest evaluation.

Retrospective evaluation in CHF

The AI retrospective view in the inventory workspace shows the capital difference between the AI suggestion and the reference line, grouped by rollout profile. Adoption rate, confidence value and sample size can be read off directly.

Adaptive rollout

The system learns by itself when to run more conservatively or more aggressively. As soon as enough telemetry is available, ewws switches from the hard-wired profile to a data-driven recommendation per client.

Approval stays human

AI speeds up routine and makes suggestions. Approvals, postings and productive decisions stay in human hands. The model choice stays open, the data stays with you.

A clear matter: one product, one platform, your choice of operation.

You can review ewws at your own pace. Editions, modules and architecture decisions are clearly described on this website.
